Breathwork at Lookout Lodge 11/13/24
Join us for an evening of Breathwork atop the most beautiful scenic butte right around the corner from Shevlin Park. This amazing well-preserved fire lookout and home boasts a magical jaw dropping view that will fill your cup and re-ignite your love for Central Oregon.
If you are curious about Breathwork and its incredible benefits... look out! This will be an opportunity to try it! Breathing while floating on the horizon at the humble abode known as Lookout Lodge will be a night to remember.
This event will be held indoors at the Lodge in the main hall.
Blankets and mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own from your own along with an eye mask.
Prepare for a workshop style class. Students are encouraged to bring a Journal for a writing activity to start the class. Plan to arrive at 5 pm and get settled with your pen and paper. At 5:30 sharp we will Breathe! The class will end around 6:45 pm with tea service and cookies!
